Position Description:

This role is part of the company's comprehensive talent training program for management trainees. The assistant will be responsible for supporting market data collection and analysis, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, assisting in the planning and execution of market research projects, organizing and analyzing findings, and preparing briefs to support decision-making. Candidates should possess basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SPSS), strong communication and teamwork abilities. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with preference given to majors in Electronics, Materials, or related fields.

Position Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1.Assist supervisors in conducting market research and field visits.

2.Support the delivery of analytical reports and client management.

3.Manage project execution for research, brand maintenance, and related initiatives.

4.Archive results and maintain internal and external collaboration management.

 

Requirements:

1.Master's degree or higher in Electronics, Materials, or related disciplines.

2.Keen observation skills, analytical thinking, and strong statistical capabilities.

3.Excellent writing proficiency and communication skills
