Position Requirements:
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the planning and construction of the corporate culture system,including the design and optimization of MI,VI and BI systems.Develop and implement corporate culture activity plans.
2.Promote corporate culture externally through media campaigns,advertising,and other channels to enhance brand awareness;internally disseminate corporate values,management philosophies,and behavioral guidelines via internal publications,bulletn boards,and other platforms.
3.Plan and organized various employee activities,such as annual meetings,celebrations,and team-building events,to facilitate the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture among employees.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above,preferably in Business Administration,Human Resources,Chinese Language,or related fields.
2.Knowledgeable in corporate culture planning and development;proficient in office software and equipment;excellent logic thinking,communication,innovation,and analytical skills.
3.Experience in campus culture activities or hosting event is preferred;prior success in corporate culture projects is an advantage.
4.Strong team spirit, ability to work under pressure, with high sense of responsibility and execution.
