Corporate Culture Specialists are responsible for the development and promotion of corporate culture. Their duties include planning and organizing cultural activities, employee training, and team-building events, as well as editing internal publications and promotional materials. They maintain a positive corporate culture atmosphere aimed at enhancing employees' sense of belonging and cohesion. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, creative planning ability, team spirit, familiarity with corporate culture management systems, and expertise in writing and event organization.

This role is part of the company's comprehensive talent training program for management trainees. The assistant will be responsible for supporting market data collection and analysis, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, assisting in the planning and execution of market research projects, organizing and analyzing findings, and preparing briefs to support decision-making. Candidates should possess basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SPSS), strong communication and teamwork abilities. A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, with preference given to majors in Electronics, Materials, or related fields.

This role focuses on the B2B sector, involving end-to-end marketing for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing data-driven strategies through industry insight to enhance brand penetration in vertical markets, planning high-value business partnerships and events, and managing partner ecosystems. The position requires strong business acumen, logical thinking, and cross-department collaboration skills. A background in Marketing, Business, STEM, or related fields is preferred.

This role is primarily responsible for overseas promotional content planning, producing corporate promotional materials (including company and product profiles), updating and managing international social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and promoting the company's brand and products at offline exhibitions.
